Refund Policy
At Tickticki, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy below.

  • 1. Event Cancellations:
  • If an event is cancelled by the event organizer or venue, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer support team within 5-8 working days after the cancellation notice to process your refund.

  • 2. Ticket Transfer or Exchange:
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer ticket exchanges or transfers. Once your ticket is booked and payment is processed, it is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

  • 3. Refund Eligibility:
  • Refund requests will be processed only if: ? The event is cancelled and no alternative event is offered. ? You provide proof of transaction or booking.

  • 4. Processing Time:
  • Refunds will be processed within 21 working days after the approval of the request. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or please mention your payment method while applying for refund.

  • 5. Non-Refundable Fees:
  • Any processing or transaction fees incurred during the booking process may not be refunded.
